Bay Breeze is located in the Marina Village at Bay Creek and is within walking distance of the Beach and the main hub of town and Kings Creek Marina which is a World Class 280 slip Marina! The Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer golf courses are just minutes away by car or golf cart. Golf carts can be rented at the Marina or in town and can be driven on all public streets within Cape Charles. The Beach and the Beautiful Chesapeake Bay are just steps away. If the swimming pool is more your style, we have a Community Center with junior Olympic size pool and tennis courts on the golf course side of the resort.

Bay Breeze and Bay Creek are an ideal, tranquil family get-away along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. This is the ideal haven for a family vacation. If you are looking for an alternative to the crowded conditions of the Outer Banks of North Carolina, you have come to the right place. Downtown Cape Charles is three blocks south of Marina Village and will take you back in time with quaint shops, art galleries, curb side cafes and all types of restaurants. From your beautiful home at Bay Creek you have boating, fishing, biking, relaxing at the beach, shopping for the ladies and of course championship golf. There are too many activities to mention them all. You can end your day with a relaxing dinner at The Oyster Farm, located at the Marina and enjoy stunning sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay.

The Master bedroom with king size bed, guest bedroom with queen size bed are on the 1st floor. Sliding glass doors that lead to the deck from each bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing! Each bedroom on the first floor has its own private full bath. The Laundry room is also on the first floor with a full size washer and dryer. The second floor is open and has a large kitchen, large dining area and open living room and the additional two bedrooms. Access to the large second floor deck leads to the beautiful views of the marina and King’s Creek.

  Our group enjoyed the house and all its amenities. The short walk to the private beach was amazing. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and the swing on the first floor was great. Part of our group golfed and the others shopped at the charming downtown area. Restaurants were great. Highly recommend the Oyster Farm, the Coach House Tavern and Cape Charles Brewery. Our only concern was that the mattress in the bedroom where the swing is located is very uncomfortable. Overall I highly recommend this property.

  Our week stay in Cape Charles at Bay Breeze was fantastic. The house was perfect - comfy, well appointed, clean, roomy and in a great location. I can't imagine a more perfect location than Cape Charles for a family vacation. Three town beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. The town in quaint and welcoming. We're already looking into booking for next year. You will not be disappointed!

  We had a great stay at Bay Breeze! This was a wonderful trip to Cape Charles. The home was well equipped, clean, updated and centrally located. We were happy they provided us with so many towels and extras including dish and laundry detergent, etc. The rental professionals we encountered were friendly and helpful. We are already planning our 2020 family trip and plan on staying in a Bay Creek rental property again.

  We were satisfied with the house and had stayed in it years before. My only comment where I think the house needs attention is in the master bath. The master shower has mold in it and no place to put soap shampoo or other items. also the ductwork vent beside the shower was rusty and needs to be replaced. My last suggestion is add another fridge in the garage. thanks

  Our family stayed at Bay Breeze mid-October for a wedding in Cape Charles. The home was just delightful and we would stay there again! Bay Breeze had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated which made the 4 day stay wonderful. It is close enough to town to walk and enjoy the restaurants and shops.   We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Bay Breeze. This home is set up beautifully - 2 master BR downstairs (one with jetted tub & tiled shower), 2 BR upstairs on the main level - one of those BR connects to the hall bath. The kitchen is huge and opens to a huge comfortable living area. Upstairs from that is a loft with comfortable seating (including fold out futon) ,TV, wet bar, and another deck. I found Bay Creek Realty to be very responsive to my emails, and very helpful. The house had everything we needed. The community is lovely , and is an easy bike ride from town (rent bikes at Southeast Expeditions - the guys there are great!)- there is private beach access in this community -BUT - for some reason the community doesn't allow street parking - they have someone putting "tickets" on cars that park on the street - no fine or anything - it is weird. We would rent this place again!
