This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (two half and 2 full), home provides you a sense of comfort and tranquility as soon as you walk through the door. The first thing you will notice is the Carlyle heart pine floors, which is throughout the home. The nice open floor layout allows for plenty of space. There is a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen with custom backsplash and an island with more seating space. The relaxing custom bar room is a favorite, with two beer taps, a bar refrigerator and plenty of shelving and seating.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom (equipped with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks), and the two guest bedrooms are on the second floor, one with a queen, the other with two twin beds. The master bedroom has second floor balcony access for unforgettable panoramic views, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or orange juice. The third floor has two sleeping areas, a queen bed on one side, and two twins on the other.
The porch, screened in porch, and the balcony lets you take advantage of the alluring views, light breezes, sunshine, and the calmness of the Bay Creek community. This home is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away from the Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center. Another short distance is the 2-mile long private beach and the serene Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy a day at the beach, rinse off in the homes outside enclosed shower, and soak up more relaxation at Sunny Side Up.

  It was October. Other than going to and from work, our family had practiced strict quarantine since March. The children were handling their schedules with virtual schooling well, so we cautiously explored a rental house for a change in scenery. After several calls with many questions answered (regarding safety practices and cleaning routines), we decided to rent Sunny Side Up. It was our first time renting a house in Bay Creek. I am so glad we did—the house, proximity to beach, inside amenities, the views. Everything was perfect. We had brought our own cleaning supplies and performed a quick clean upon arrival while the kids stayed outside, but the house was already in excellent condition. We are a family of six and stayed for a week. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out during school. Beds were comfortable, linens, and bathrooms clean. The washer and dryer were convenient. The beach was a quick walk. We rode our bikes to the beach for quick breaks throughout the school day. We kept our bikes in the garage, which also contained beach chairs.
  The pond right behind the house served well for fishing breaks in between classes. Inventory in the house was plenty, and appliances were clean and in good working condition (did not use grill). The only thing we found ourselves needing (and could not find) was a wine bottle opener and seafood hand crackers. We did bring extra tp, paper towels, and garbage bags. We did not venture to town other than to grab groceries. I have nothing negative to say about our stay at Sunny Side Up. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
